After batting so well for the major part of his inning and importantly taking India on a brink of world cup victory, Gambhir played a needless stroke by charging Perrera down the wicket only to see his middle stump disturbed.

His dismissal has given SL some hoping of staging a comeback. Could we have a twist in tail in the final.
