Proteas still need to improve further in Twenty20 cricket, says spinner BothaJohannesburg, Feb.21 : Proteas off-spinner Johan Botha believes the national squad is yet to reach their full potential in 20-over cricket. Saying that it was nice feeling to see Richard Levi’s explosive century in Hamilton on Sunday, Botha, however, said that there was still room for improvement. Speaking ahead of the T20 international series decider against New Zealand at Eden Park on Wednesday, Sports24 quoted Both, as saying: "We have the opportunity to win the series and will need to be at our best if we are going to achieve that." "We definitely want to win the series, we came here to win and that is why we play this game," Botha said. He further said: "It is nice to be at 1-1 here now, and I''m sure there will be a really good crowd and a lot of expectation about the game on Wednesday.” © ANI |
