McGrath believes all rounder Watson can inspire Oz to T20 WC glory

Sydney, Sep 13: Legendary fast bowler Glenn McGrath has said all rounder Shane Watson is capable of causing havoc at the Twenty20 World Cup in Sri Lanka, and could inspire the team to win the tournament.

McGrath insisted Watson has it in him to enter cricket''s elite all rounder group alongside South African Jacques Kallis.

“Shane has the potential to be one the best allrounders of all time. He is a great batsman, shown that he has a great technique. He bowls up around 140km/h and hits good areas. We just have to get him out there and doing the business,” News.com.au quoted McGrath, as saying.

Australia faces minnow Ireland in their tournament opener on Wednesday in Colombo.
