New Delhi, March 7: Left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha, overlooked for the Asia Cup squad, wants to use the forthcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) to make a comeback in the Indian team.
Ojha said he was looking forward to the fifth edition of the IPL to prove himself.
Ojha was picked as the second spinner fpr the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia but did not get a chance to play. He was replaced by Rahul Sharma for the One-day Commonwealth Bank tri-series.
"I am looking forward to the IPL season to prove myself. It's only a matter of time and I am try to take things positively," said Ojha after his team lost to Punjab in the quarterfinals of the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
Asked if he was disheartened by the selectors' decision to omit him from the Asia Cup, Pragyan said that he did not look into all that and just aimed at doing well in the domestic circuit.
"Getting picked is not in my hands, it is the selectors' job. I am looking at doing well in the domestic season, that is very important," he said.
