England win toss and bat against Sri Lanka![]() Both sides have made changes to the team

England captain Alastair Cook won the toss and elected to bat against Sri Lanka in the fifth and final one-day international at Old Trafford here on Saturday. With the series all square at 2-2, both sides made changes to the teams that played in England's 10-wicket win at Trent Bridge on Wednesday. England dropped out-of-form seamer Stuart Broad and brought in a second spinner in Samit Patel on a pitch expected to take turn. Sri Lanka omitted batsman Thilina Kandamby and gave Dimuth Karunaratne his ODI debut. Meanwhile Dhammika Prasad replaced Suranga Lakmal after his fellow seamer was ruled out with a side strain.
